However, despite our best efforts, errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in updating vehicle information may occur. Vehicle descriptions, specifications, equipment, features, mileage, pricing, availability, and warranty information should be independently verified by the customer prior to purchase.

Sunburst Auto Sales Center does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed equipment, options, packages, specifications, or vehicle history information. All advertised prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable sales tax, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, finance charges, dealer-installed products, or documentation fees. A documentation fee of $695 and a Privacy Glass fee of $299 will be added to the sale price. Privacy Glass is pre-installed on all vehicles prior to sale and is not included in the advertised price.

Internet prices may not be compatible with special financing offers, promotional rates, lender incentives, trade assistance programs, or other dealership promotions unless specifically stated. Advertised pricing may require qualification for certain incentives or financing programs.

Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale. Dealer reserves the right to refuse any sale or transaction and to cancel or decline any transaction resulting from pricing errors, typographical errors, inventory discrepancies, financing approval issues, or other circumstances beyond the dealership's control.

All deposits are subject to dealership deposit policies. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, deposits do not guarantee vehicle availability and may be non-refundable in accordance with dealership policy and applicable law.

Advertised prices expire at midnight on the date posted unless otherwise stated. Dealer reserves the right to modify vehicle pricing, incentives, promotions, or terms of sale at any time without prior notice.

Dealer reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, advertising, or listing errors at any time, including after a vehicle has been advertised online or otherwise displayed.

All vehicles are sold subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the final Retail Purchase Agreement, Buyer's Order, Buyer's Guide, and any other signed dealership documents. Any representations regarding vehicle condition, equipment, warranties, financing terms, pricing, or availability must be confirmed in writing by an authorized dealership representative.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunburst Auto Sales Center makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of vehicle information, equipment listings, pricing, availability, or advertised offers. Any discrepancies concerning vehicle condition, features, equipment, pricing, financing, or advertised information must be addressed and resolved prior to the completion of the sale.

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect and test-drive the vehicle, review all purchase documents, and ask any questions before signing any agreement or taking delivery of the vehicle. By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the purchaser acknowledges that they have inspected the vehicle, found it acceptable, and accepted its condition subject to the terms of the purchase agreement and any applicable warranty disclosures.
